For our client, an international organisation, we are currently looking for an interim HR Manager for a period of 3-6 months.

Our client is a well-known international organisation.
Description
•
Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland an internationally, from defining needs to offer management
•
Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests
•
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
•
Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration
•
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
•
Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
Profile
•
Previous parcours professionnel within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role
•
Ability to manage HR operations in Switzerland and oversee them in international organisations
•
Strong sense of diplomacy and ability to handle key stakeholders within the organisation
•
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
•
Fluency in English and French
•
Immediately available for an interim role
