Ready for a new challenge?
Swibeco is Switzerland's leading platform for employee benefits and tax-free perks. We help companies of all sizes increase their employees' purchasing power through flexible, digital and fiscally optimized solutions.
From lunch, leisure, wellbeing, mobility,... to gifts, rewards and exclusive discounts, Swibeco brings all benefits together in one central place, helping HR teams simplify administration while improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
Our strength? A perfect understanding of local issues, a human approach, and a technology designed to make a difference.
To support our ambition, we are looking for a
Junior AI & Automation Project Manager.
About the role
:
As part of the Operations and PMO team, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, your mission is twofold: design and deploy AI agents and automations that transform our internal processes, and drive cross-functional projects with method and rigour. You will partner daily with our AI Ambassadors to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.
You are both a builder and a project manager. You ship an AI agent to production in the morning and facilitate a prioritisation workshop with business teams in the afternoon. You bring structure to ambiguity and speed to what matters most.
You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills, always moving forward and never waiting for answers. You are the go-to interface between departments, suppliers and consultants.
The role is based in Lausanne with cross-functional collaboration across all teams (product, tech, marketing, customer service, partnerships).
Supported at each step by your manager and working together with our AI ambassadors, you will have the opportunity to:
1.
AI Build & Deployment

Design and deploy AI agents tailored to business needs.

Build integrations via MCP, APIs and automation tools (n8n, or equivalent).

Connect internal tools (CRM, ESM, Confluence, Jira) to intelligent, automated workflows.

Test, iterate and measure the real-world impact of each automation shipped to production.

Document architectures and maintain a live registry of deployed agents.
2.
Cross-functional Project Management

Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

Track project progress, report on milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to facilitate communication and resource allocation.

Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Organise and facilitate prioritisation workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business teams.
3.
Operational Efficiency & PMO Support

Analyse existing processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities.

Support project managers in integrating AI tools into their projects.

Contribute to upskilling teams on AI usage (training sessions, templates, guides).
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business IT, Digital Business or equivalent (HES / university).

You have a first professional or personal experience with AI agents, automations and the ability to connect APIs via no-code/low-code interfaces. Basic Python is a plus.

You have knowledge of Claude or other LLMs (prompt engineering, Projects, MCP, API basics) and a solid understanding of LLM fundamentals. A portfolio of AI projects speaks louder than a diploma.

You are able to frame a project, drive a plan and report to diverse stakeholders.

You have knowledge of Project Management (PMP, Scrum) and/or Process methodologies (Lean) - a plus.

You are fluent in both English and French (C1 level mandatory).

You are drawn to scale-up environments and eager to make a real difference in a fast-growing organization.

You are a critical thinker and quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
