Your key responsibilities will include:
• At Salt, we believe that great digital experiences don't happen by chance.
• That's why we're looking for a Product Designer who combines strong UX expertise with an end-to-end ownership mindset and a passion for delivering impactful digital experiences.
• You'll join the Digital Experience & Transformation team and work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Customer Care, and development teams.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives, proactively driving them forward by engaging the right stakeholders, anticipating blockers, clarifying responsibilities and next steps to ensure steady progress.
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional level of English
