Our diverse competencies, including AI & Data, Cyber Security, Technology Strategy and Transformation, and Finance Platforms, collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive technological advancements that empower our clients to achieve their goals.Your key responsibilitiesDesign and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients, focusing on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, AI enablement, data engineering, and scalable application development.Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.Contribute to business development activities, including preparing client proposals and supporting internal strategic initiatives.Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Technology Consulting team.Collaborate with local and international EY teams across geographies and industries to deliver high-impact client solutions.What we look forMSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or asset management, either in-house or as a consultant.Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.Familiarity with programming paradigms such as object-oriented and functional programming, as well as data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.Proficiency in scripting / programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java or similar.Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI.Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.Full professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad to collaborate with international teams and clients.What's in it for youHere at EY, you'll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
