Indirect taxes operate in an extremely dynamic environment in which numerous changes are constantly planned and implemented - help us and our customers to master the challenges ahead.Embark on your next journey and join our unique Indirect Tax Team to help solve exciting problems on a daily basis!Your key responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with indirect tax rules on a local and global scale, supporting diverse clients across all industries, from manufactured products to real estate and financial activitiesAddress the complexities of a constantly evolving tax landscape, keeping abreast with e-commerce VAT rules, and rapidly spreading e-invoicing requirementsFocus on increased VAT efficiency within supply chains and support clients in transitioning to a digitalized worldBe a key pilar of our team growth, supporting and training our more junior colleagues and managing your projects from identifying clients' needs to delivering our recommendationsCollaborate with our global network of Indirect tax experts dedicated to delivering holistic, practice-oriented solutionsWork closely with colleagues in Tax, Assurance, and Advisory Services to comprehensively meet clients' needs and offer innovative solutionsTackle complex Swiss and international tax questions within an interdisciplinary environment, fostering constant learning opportunities and personal developmentEngage in exciting projects at the intersection of business and law, gaining deep insights into various industries and business areas through daily client interactions and communication with tax authoritiesSkills and attributes for successA recognized diploma in Law and/or Economics, preferably obtained from a Swiss University or equivalent foreign diploma; certified Tax Expert recognition is considered an asset5 to 7 years of experience in indirect tax consulting, preferably gained at one of the Big4 or a comparable consulting firm, either in Switzerland or internationally; additional experience as an in-house VAT advisor is considered a valuable assetProven track record as a manager who has responsibly handled client mandates and guided less experienced colleagues through complex projectsFluent in German and English, essential for our international company operations; proficiency in other foreign languages is highly appreciatedDemonstrate commitment and initiative, essential qualities for shaping and advancing your career with usThrive in a great working environment where your proactive approach to career development is encouraged and supportedYou have anagile, growth-oriented mindset.
