This role requires a unique ability to blend the real and digital worlds, combining management consulting expertise with deep knowledge of the energy transitionLocation:This position will be ideally based in Zug, SwitzerlandThe RoleAs the Global Head of Advisory Services, you will lead a team of Senior Advisors globally and further build and expand our advisory practicesAdditionally, you will guide clients through their transformation towards autonomous, sustainable, and energy-efficient buildings--from Net Zero master planning to leading global energy transition programs. You will help organizations across the private, public, and social sectors solve their most pressing sustainability and decarbonization challengesYou will collaborate closely with a diverse network of experts, from sustainability champions to energy performance engineers, as well as technology and services leaders, to drive the growth of our advisory business across LCBs and Tech Units, leveraging the full strength of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings portfolio and servicesYour new responsibilitiesLead strategic sustainability and energy transition consulting engagements, advising clients on economically viable pathways to net-zero and autonomous buildings across CAPEX, OPEX, financing, and subsidiesDrive profitable growth by leading external, revenue-generating consulting engagements and scaling the team's market impactAdvise CxO-level stakeholders on sustainability strategy, SBTi alignment, and compliance with global frameworks (CSRD, CDP), translating regulatory requirements into actionable decarbonization and energy resilience masterplansGuide clients in energy optimization, smart energy management, demand-side flexibility, and grid-interactive building solutions across multi-site and global portfoliosDrive data-driven advisory approaches by integrating IT/OT convergence, AI-enabled building operations, and digital platforms (e.g., Building X) to accelerate net-zero transformationLead and mentor senior consultants and global expert networks, collaborating closely with clients to design and implement low-carbon operational transformationsMonitor ESG regulations, market trends, and industry developments, contributing thought leadership and representing Siemens in sustainability and smart infrastructure forumsYour talents and experienceMaster's degree in the relevant field; additional MBA would be an assetSignificant experience in the design and implementation of management and sustainability advisory projectsProven track record in a consulting role, with 5-8 years of expertise in digital / operational transformation and sustainability advisory positionsStrong ability to understand both business context and transformational methodologies, with a focus on sustainability, energy, decarbonization, and ESG-related topicsThorough understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and schemes.Significant experience to advise clients on C-Level to drive transformational changeResults-oriented leader and problem solver with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, building relationships and motivating stakeholders effectivelyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovative practicesFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel internationally (30-40% of working time)Employee benefits2-3 days per week of mobile working is standardMobility allowanceVaried further training opportunitiesAccess to employee share programsFurther information about employee benefits can be foundhereOur corporate culture - your new working environmentThe culture at Siemens Switzerland is more than just a working environment - it is at the heart of our day-to-day interactions and the key to our success. Siemens Switzerland offers a future-oriented working environment characterized by innovation, sustainability and personal development.
