Your key responsibilities will include:
• Active field sales to existing and new customers for Central and Western Switzerland
• Acquisition of new customers and business opportunities
• Account planning and development
• Drive design-in activities, especially for new products (NPIs)
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
We are looking for someone with:
• Technical education in electrical engineering/electronics with proven professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience on B2B field sales with clients in technical area
• Ideally bilingual in German and French, or with good knowledge of German, French and English, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills with ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
