Talent Acquisition Specialist (2-Month Contract)

Missions
•
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level positions
•
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
•
Drive stakeholder management at senior level, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and high-quality delivery
•
Source, assess, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and techniques
•
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
•
Coordinate and manage recruitment processes with efficiency and precision
•
Provide market insights and support decision-making on hiring strategies
Profil du candidat
•
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter within an international environment
•
Strong expertise recruiting for senior and/or strategic roles
•
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
•
Highly autonomous, proactive, and delivery-oriented
•
Available to start immediately
•
Fluent in English - French is a plus
