We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to join an international company based in Nyon for a 5?month assignment, overseeing the full scope of HR activities for a site of approximately 60 employees. French and English fluency are a must.

Missions
•
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and directors, providing guidance on people-related topics including performance, employee relations, organizational matters, and workforce planning
•
Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, changes, terminations)
•
Supervise payroll activities in collaboration with external providers, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations (social security, pensions, taxation)
•
Maintain a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR practices, ensuring local compliance and best practices are applied
•
Support and coach managers on day-to-day HR matters and complex employee situations
•
Manage key HR processes such as salary reviews, reporting, absence tracking, and HR KPIs
•
Ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and compliant work environment
Profil du candidat
•
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment
•
Strong expertise in Swiss HR regulations (Brevet Federal or HR Certificate a plus)
•
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a standalone HR role
•
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
•
High level of discretion and reliability
•
Fluent in English, with good command of French
