Siemens Schweiz AG is looking for a Product Management Excellence & PLM Lead SI Buildings 80-100% to join the team in CH.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• In this role, you will strengthen product management excellence and own the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process across SI Buildings. You will improve the processes, tools, standards, and governance that enable effective lifecycle management across hardware and digital offerings
• By building a strong PLM operating model and developing product management capabilities, you will help deliver better business cases, faster time to market, stronger lifecycle decisions, and commercial success
• Location: this role will be based in Zug- Switzerland
• Your Responsibilities
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in product management, PLM, or product management excellence in a technical B2B environment
• 10+ years of experience in PLM, process ownership, operating model development, or business management in a complex global organization
• Deep knowledge of the building and infrastructure technology industry
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
