Consultant, Strategic Project Management, Analytical and Coordination Support (m/f/d)

The Role
We are seeking high-performing junior consultants (1-4 years' experience) from leading strategy consulting firms to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.
Working alongside a central strategy team, you will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support across key transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic decision-making processes, and programme governance in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct strategic and analytical assessments, including business cases, modelling, and data synthesis.

Structure complex problems and develop fact-based recommendations to support decision-making.

Support PMO activities, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and programme reporting.

Develop high-quality executive presentations and steering committee materials.

Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Support programme governance, transformation planning, and change management activities.

Contribute to the preparation of strategic updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
Your Profile

1-4 years of parcours professionnel within a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Kearney, or equivalent).

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with parcours professionnel in data analysis, modelling, and business case development.

Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.

Expertise supporting strategic, transformation, or organisational change initiatives.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and multicultural environments.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Parcours professionnel working with international organisations, public sector institutions, or large multinational organisations is an advantage.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
