In this role, you will be responsible for:
• This role is critical as we further sharpen commercial focus in Switzerland, strengthen end-to-end alignment between demand creation and supply execution, and translate market opportunities into profitable growth. Your responsibilities are:
• You establish an integrated sourcing and planning End-to-End process, and you drive the further development and implementation of international projects across all streams.
• In order to improve performance, you systematically analyze market, customer, and sales data, translate insights into specific actions, and drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• You continuously refine the sales strategy together with your team, expand key customer partnerships in a targeted manner, and lead or directly support contract and pricing negotiations to secure profitable growth.
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes
