We enable organizations to embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly into their operations, ensuring measurable business impact and long-term value.How you can make an impactLead end-to-end AI strategy engagements that align with clients’ business objectives, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.Develop client accounts: lead business development, opportunity qualification and proposal shaping.Shape Deloitte’s market presence: publish thought leadership, speak at conferences, and develop go-to-market propositions with our alliances.Act as a trusted advisor to senior client sponsors on AI adoption, governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk management to ensure responsible AI deployment.Translate complex AI technologies and capabilities into clear business cases, roadmaps, and actionable plans that drive transformation.Drive cross-functional collaboration among business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to identify use cases, prioritise initiatives and lead organisational change.Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and client-centric delivery excellence.Who we are looking forExperience:8-10+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, business advisory or strategic industry roles focused on AI and digital transformation.Proven track record advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions related to AI adoption and innovation.Proven track record selling complex AI or data-driven transformation programmes across multiple industries.Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, and their business applications.Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in AI deployment.Drive and Motivation:Ambitious, strategic thinker with a passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of AI trends and best practices.Leadership, Commercial Acumen, and Communication Skills:Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted, senior relationships and influence outcomes.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts in business terms to diverse audiences.Expert in senior stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing decision-making.Proficient in leading and developing high-performing teams, managing project delivery, and driving business growth (pipeline generation, account expansion).Technical and Strategic Expertise:Deep knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.Proven ability to assess AI risks and benefits from a strategic and operational perspective.Proficient in AI use case identification, prioritisation, and value realisation.Understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, LLMs) is advantageous.Language Proficiency:Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.Industry Experience:Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred.Your teamBecome part of a diverse and multinational team of 60+ highly motivated individuals located in our Zurich, Geneva, or Basel offices.
