Through strong partnerships, it contributes to the growth and excellence of EHL’s educational ecosystem.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.Corporate Relations Account ManagerThe mission of theCorporate Relations Account Manageris to serve as the primary point of contact between EHL and a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring strong relationship quality, high partner satisfaction, and the successful delivery of all activities defined within partnership agreements. It is also to develop, manage, and sustain this portfolio by building strategic, proactive, and value - driven relationships, while effectively coordinating interactions between partner companies and internal EHL stakeholders.What will you do?Manage a diversified portfolio of national and international corporate partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters.Maintain strong engagement through regular meetings, check-ins, and annual reviews.Ensure full compliance with contractual commitments, including rights, deliverables, and activations.Co-create and execute annual activation plans across recruitment, events, academic engagement, and employer branding.Identify new collaboration opportunities aligned with both partner needs and EHL strategic objectives.Coordinate internal stakeholders (Career Services, Marketing & Communications, Faculty, Academic Programs, Events) to ensure smooth operational delivery.Support partners in developing effective recruitment strategies and accessing EHL talent pipelines.Monitor and report on partnership performance through KPIs, satisfaction metrics, and activity tracking.Prepare internal reports and contribute to continuous improvement of Corporate Relations processes.Who you are?You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, International Relations, Hospitality, Business Development, or a related field.You have 3 to 7 years of experience in Account Management, Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Partnerships.You have relevant experience in hospitality, luxury, retail, or higher education (a strong asset).You have proven ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-oriented mindset.You are able to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously, demonstrating solid organization and prioritization skills.You have strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and reporting capabilities.You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a demanding academic environment.You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus.What we offer?We offer you apermanent contractwithin a business area of an educational institution, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.We offer you responsibility, challenge, development opportunities and encouragement to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.We offer you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our students’, staff and partners’ experience as well as contribute to the growth of our institution.You will enjoy being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary and talented team.
